Marcos Valdez | Senior Vice President of Field Service Operations
Marcos Valdez is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams and driving operational excellence across the service, security, and pool maintenance industries. As Senior Vice President of Service and Maintenance for the RBS Opco group, he directs the strategic integration of service operations across multiple entities, overseeing more than 6,500 weekly maintenance accounts and over 3,000 monthly repair tickets. Marcos’s leadership ensures a seamless transition from new pool construction through startup, service repair, and ongoing maintenance. He brings a sharp focus to aligning sales, marketing, and administrative functions for maximizing efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering consistent revenue growth.
Prior to joining Riverbend Sandler, Marcos held senior leadership roles at ONIT, VIO Security, and My Alarm Center, where he led nationwide field operations, revitalized underperforming regions, and implemented transformative sales strategies. His operational oversight spanned customer call centers, installations, inventory, CRM/ERP systems, and multi-state expansion efforts. Notably, he managed support for over 40,000 accounts and contributed nearly half of My Alarm Center’s recurring monthly revenue.
Marcos holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. He also has multiple industry certifications, including PHTA Certified Pool Operator, Texas Residential Appliance Installer License, Texas Residential Fire Alarm Superintendent (TDI), and Alarm System Contractor credentials in both Texas and Florida. Recognized for his pragmatic leadership style and data-driven approach, Marcos consistently builds high-performing teams and drives scalable service operations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
