With an intrinsic drive to give our customers the highest level of service, our leadership team is always making sure that our staff members are up-to-date with the latest industry updates and training. We believe it’s all about balance, which is why we foster a fresh, flexible, and friendly company culture, as this feeds into the work we carry out for our customers throughout Texas.

Bruce Mungiguerra | CEO

Bruce is C level operations and sales professional whose success in a diverse set of roles, has enabled him to excel in every challenge he has faced. With more than 22 years of leadership experience, driving sales and operations teams at all levels from call centers, field operations, to outside sales, Bruce has continued to provide top-level leadership along the way.

In his current role as CEO of Riverbend Pools, Bruce is responsible for driving the growth of Riverbend Sandler Pools, Claffey Pools, Pulliam Pools, Crystal Clear Custom Pools, Miller Pools, Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions, and Hauk Custom Pools, while continuing the growth efforts around future acquisitions in the Texas market.

The goal is to build the premier pool organization in the Texas market. Our strategy is to leverage the platform of the pool construction business and build out a strong renovation, maintenance, and service organization. In Bruce’s free time, he enjoys golfing, riding his motorcycle, and spending time with family and friends.

John Beall | CFO

John Beall has over 25 years of experience working with public, private, and private equity-backed companies in both CFO and COO roles. His background ranges from Fortune 100 to entrepreneurial, family-owned companies, overseeing Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Legal, Operations, IT, and HR areas. Industries served: Technology, Manufacturing, Construction, Industrial Services and Diversified Energy Services.

Throughout his career, he has been focused on creating intrinsic value by improving processes, procedures and people to increase sustainable financial performance. His approach encompasses strategic plans, efficient policies, workable procedures, talented people, and the correct information systems to support a company’s goals.

John earned his Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Baylor University. He is married, has 2 grown sons, one daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren, and based in the Dallas area.

Mike Swartz | COO

Mike began his career in the Transaction Services group at PwC in NYC. After PwC, Mike helped build and grow a software company to $200M annual revenue and successfully exited to ADP.  Since then, he has helped build and scale multiple companies focused on aftermarket services and prepared them for successful exits. Mike enjoys the intersection of process, technology, and team building. He joined Riverbend Sandler to support the M&A and integration activity, quickly took ownership of the ERP development and standardization, helped scale and manage the service and maintenance departments, and now is the COO. When he’s not working, you can find Mike with his family or in his garden.

Marcos Valdez | Senior Vice President of Field Service Operations

Marcos Valdez is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performance teams and driving operational excellence across the service, security, and pool maintenance industries. As Senior Vice President of Service and Maintenance for the RBS Opco group, he directs the strategic integration of service operations across multiple entities, overseeing more than 6,500 weekly maintenance accounts and over 3,000 monthly repair tickets. Marcos’s leadership ensures a seamless transition from new pool construction through startup, service repair, and ongoing maintenance. He brings a sharp focus to aligning sales, marketing, and administrative functions for maximizing efficiency, enhancing customer satisfaction, and delivering consistent revenue growth.

Prior to joining Riverbend Sandler, Marcos held senior leadership roles at ONIT, VIO Security, and My Alarm Center, where he led nationwide field operations, revitalized underperforming regions, and implemented transformative sales strategies. His operational oversight spanned customer call centers, installations, inventory, CRM/ERP systems, and multi-state expansion efforts. Notably, he managed support for over 40,000 accounts and contributed nearly half of My Alarm Center’s recurring monthly revenue.

Marcos holds an MBA in Strategic Management and a Bachelor’s in Applied Technology and Performance Improvement from the University of North Texas. He also has multiple industry certifications, including PHTA Certified Pool Operator, Texas Residential Appliance Installer License, Texas Residential Fire Alarm Superintendent (TDI), and Alarm System Contractor credentials in both Texas and Florida. Recognized for his pragmatic leadership style and data-driven approach, Marcos consistently builds high-performing teams and drives scalable service operations that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Stacy Waller | VP of Human Resources

I am an accomplished HR business partner and a trusted advisor, capable of providing leadership and tactical support to any organization. As a highly dedicated and results-driven leader, I leverage strong skills in team development, interpersonal relationships, organization, and analysis. Building relationships with employees and leaders is my passion. These connections enable me to serve as a problem solver, helping to support the strategic goals of the company and drive results.

Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of industries. My ability and eagerness to learn about different businesses give me a distinct advantage in adapting my skills and making an impact in fast-paced environments. Additionally, my advanced education ensures that I possess the most up-to-date knowledge of labor and employment laws, providing assurance to my employers.

Mike Holland - IT Director

Mike Holland is an accomplished IT executive with over 30 years of experience driving technology strategy, transformation, and operations. He currently serves as Director of IT at Riverbend Sandler Pools, where he oversees enterprise infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems, ERP modernization, and cybersecurity initiatives for 450 employees.

Throughout his career, Mike has led large-scale migrations, compliance programs, and vendor negotiations, consistently aligning technology with business growth. Recognized for his ability to bridge technical expertise with executive communication, he delivers scalable solutions that reduce cost, improve efficiency, and support long-term strategic goals.

Savannah Reeves - Marketing Director

Savannah began her career in the advertising agency sector and quickly discovered her passion for driving sales. This led her to transition into marketing for residential HOA management, and she has now spent over three years in the pool industry.

Throughout her career, Savannah has accumulated more than five years of experience implementing successful marketing campaigns across various platforms, including digital, direct mail, and social media. Her efforts have focused on enhancing user experience, increasing engagement, and driving sales. Savannah’s expertise includes brand and direct-to-consumer (D2C) marketing strategies, creative development, campaign data management, and marketing automation—all with a strong emphasis on consumer loyalty and retention.

When Savannah isn’t busy planning new marketing strategies, she loves spending time with her loved ones and going to concerts!
