Our Process
For us, clear communication and total transparency with our customers are key. Take a look at our process to give you a better understanding of what to expect when coming to us.First appointment
All our brands provide a home consultation to establish the needs and preferences of the client. This includes listing must-have elements for their new pool.
As well as this, the design team will measure the yard and request a copy of the site survey to create an amazing design.
Design and create a proposal
Our award-winning design teams then start work on the plans.
Using the information gathered at the consultation, we’ll create 3D and 2D AutoCAD depictions of how the pool will look to present to homeowners.
Second appointment
A second appointment takes place at the office or showroom of the brand, allowing customers to understand the level of quality that goes into the work of the Riverbend Pool Care brands.
The design proposal is then presented, allowing for feedback and changes to be suggested, along with the selection of specific materials.
Permitting phase
After the designs are finalized, the paperwork and permits will be obtained. This includes approval from the city, HOA, and relevant electricity provider. Loans will also be closed for the project at this phase, taking approximately four to six weeks.
Construction time
The build for the customer’s dream pool then begins and can take around twelve to fourteen weeks to complete. This timeline may vary due to complexities or weather conditions.
